Dave is a British/Canadian freelance writer and digital entrepreneur based in Ottawa, Canada.
An ex-aerospace-engineer (who once worked on designs of very big flying machines), he loves to cut through the noise, simplifying complex topics into clear, actionable ideas and focusing on what actually moves the needle.
He has a wide range of interests (you really don’t want to know the whole list, we’d be here too long). One of them includes sleep, and the fundamentals that support long-term health. He was very ill with Crohn’s Disease as a young adult, but so far as he can tell, he doesn’t have it anymore.
He loves:

- Good questions (he has a list of about 80 – he’ll stop compiling the list when he gets to 100)
- Long conversations with brainy people who can connect ideas he’s never heard connected before
